This product handles deeply sensitive coaching and member data. Trust is our core architecture. What happens in a coaching session stays in the summary.
Transit & Access
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS / HTTPS). Access is private and role-based (a chair role and an assistant role); sessions are server-side, http-only, and protected against repeated login attempts.
Server-Enforced Authorization
Every protected action is authorized on the server, not just hidden in the interface — the chair controls exactly which areas the assistant can see, down to the module.
Privacy-by-Design Retention
Coaching session audio recordings and their verbatim transcripts are automatically and permanently deleted once the AI summary is saved — only the summary and action items are kept.
Private Storage
Uploaded files and recordings are stored privately and are never publicly linkable — they're served only through short-lived, signed links to authenticated users.
Data Minimization
